Mark Hayball

Mark Hayball, Lord of the Manor of Milton in the County of Hampshire, Member of the Most Venerable Order of St John of Jerusalem. A Freeman of the City of London and Burgess Freeman of Glasgow. In the year 2000 Mark was commissioned a Lieutenant Colonel, Aide de Camp, Governor's Staff By His Excellency Roy E Barnes, State Governor of Georgia, appointment is codified within the official code of the State of Georgia within the USA Constitution 38-2-111. 

 

He is also a Commissioned Colonel, UK Goodwill Fellowship Ambassador and Honorary Aide-De-Camp to the State Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. He was appointed by an Order signed by Paul E Patton, (59th State Governor) on 6th day of January 2003 and was further Commissioned an Honorary Colonel within the Hungarian National Guard by Major General Vitez Janos Karaszy Kulin, Colonel General of the Hungarian National Guard.

 

Mark is an Affiliate Member of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Trust, Honorary Member of the Queens Own Highlanders Regimental Association, Member of the RAF Galaxy Global Alumni Network, Member of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of Saint John of Jerusalem. Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care, Member of the International Professional Security Association, Member of the Royal Air Forces Association, Member of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences Association.
